Opportunity for a proactive & enthusiastic office all rounder
Full time permanent position

Ashcroft Homes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated & well-presented office all rounder ready to take their next step and join our fast growing team in Eden Terrace.

This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of our office by supporting our teams.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialised admin assistance to our teams including Construction, Drafting & Subdivisions
- Updating and maintaining databases, contact lists and document creation
- Providing information for external enquiries
- Documentation control and filing
- General administration duties
- Covering reception area and incoming office calls when required

You'll need to be highly organised and capable of working under pressure. This role requires a candidate who loves to rise to the challenge.

Essential skills and attributes include:
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Have a winning personality - friendly, fun, willing, approachable and professional
- Have resilience, confidentiality and discretion
- Attention to detail
- A high level of personal presentation

Knowledge of the new home or building industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
