Davie Motors Holden Manukau is a well established dealership that has undergone an extensive showroom redevelopment and workshop refurbishment to provide truly world class facilities.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this pivotal position involves general administration duties, processing warranty claims, job card processing, basic parts interpreting / computer work, and assisting with frontline customer inquiries as required, whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times and dealing with all duties in a timely manner.

To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will need:
- A passion for excellent customer service
- An organised manner and an ability to multi-task
- Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal & external customers
- Ability to process warranty claims in a timely manner
- Capable of working autonomously & as part of a group.
- A great communicator.
- A bubbly outgoing personality
